Vaporizer returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return your package to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange. 
If you are returning your product then postage will be paid at the buyer’s cost and all items must be in their original packaging.
You have the right to cancel your order and you don’t have to give a reason. Cancellation is within 30 working days of date of purchase. 
If your product is faulty or damaged then following criteria applies:
•    Gods have not been used.
•    Goods in original packaging
Package can be opened and inspected to make sure its working correctly. 
We will not accept a return on a used item i.e. no foreign material, concentrate or liquids can be be applied or used with the item.
